how do i know if a guy likes me? he's new in work - really cute and really friendly. he is about 3 years younger than me. is there any signs you give girls than u fancy guys??? im not too sure about all this dating stuff and my last relationship was a long term one.

One hint that he likes you is that he pays more attention to you than other people.

Invite him for a sandwich on payday / Friday. You can get him by himself to chat to without anybody assuming to much. Then you can suss him out.

Hmm, sorry but my advice is to play is safe until you are very sure he likes you.
1. Get to know him on a new colleague basis(He's new, you are not. Help him settle in, ask questions etc)
2. Pay day suggest the group go for drinks, insist it's his first drinks and its always good to get to know the crowd.
3. If at the drinks he flirts with you then you can make a move

But until then please stay away, been burnt a twice(one had a gf and the other is too old for me)
No point ****ting on your own doorstep, it's not easy working together after the "rejection"

This is quite true. Drinks on payday is a good suggestion. Give him some settling in time.And get to know him and background info that may be helpful for future reference.
