    Has anyone used this service?

    There is no tel no on their website only way you can contact them is through their email address,

    I need to get my battery replaced on my ipod video!!

    It looks dodgy (probably legit, but looks dodgy); amateur at best.
    Check mactivate.ie ? They've proven reliable and have real contact details.

    If you are anyways handy, you'll do it yourself.

    Maplins sells batteries for about €13. The kit comes with 2 plastic green tools. The tools aren't great and i find a steak knife does a better job at getting the cover open and then the plastic tools to pop it of.
