    Yea was going to try dig out that thread. I would say using the idea of a capacitor to zap the battery, would be about the safest way to go about it....

    if he has two of more cars and some jumper leads, he could just connect the batteries in series and use the 24-36 volt supply to shock it. probably best to undo the battery clips first.;)
