Driving in the snow - any bad experiences?

I was driving home this afternoon, from the Balnchardstown area towards town. A car about four cars in front of me was driving with his hazzard lights on.

At first I thought this car was going to turn right, as that was the 'indicator' that I saw, so I kept left, which was what everyone else was doing. This meant that I was almost in the bus lane, and a few taxis and a bus did not seem to happy. It was then that I noticed the right 'indicator' on the car, and relized the hazzards were on.

Anyway, I thought it was a bit dangerous, as people kept trying to get past this car on the left, especially at the lights, but he kept going straight.

I was behind this car for about 3 km's. He/She did eventually turn right, with hazzard lights on.

My main problem was people driving so bloody close behind me on icey roads etc. Especially on slopes where a lot of people give you no room in case you slide back etc.

Hmm, mine was sitting at the side of the m50 today in a car that could get no grip. A few gardai had a good laugh at me though. Around 5000 cars past me. I think Im semi-famous lol
