Being new to business I'm still feeling my way around. I don't think there is a great resource for entrepreneurs information wise. Is there a business version of the citizens information line?

Some things I'd like to find out about, in a simple, concise informative way:

Available Market Research Companies
Government Trend Statistics?
Information on registering different types of businesses
Getting information on businesses in ireland (i.e. books etc)
Explanation/information on patents, intellectual property etcetcetc
General Dos and Donts
Restrictions and guidelines
