    Looking for some reccomendations -

Are there any companies out there that will track down fraudsters on the internet

For example, If someone creates an email address in yahoo and sends malicious emails can the person be tracked down?
If someone has hacked into your email accounts how can you trace back what has been done

    Any advice much appreciated

    Not really.

Firstly, tracking down this kind of stuff is hard.
Secondly, nobody will give you information unless you're law enforcement, so the ISPs wouldn't (and couldn't, under data protection) give out information about one of their customers (and that's assuming you got that far).

If it's serious, talk to the Gardaí. If not, change your passwords for other sites, and hope it doesn't happen again.
