I am thinking about buying a 7 seats Family Car. I am looking for advice of what car I should buy. In this slow market any bargains? what about the finance options?

How much do you want to spend? Whats your mileage? How old will you go? How big a 7 seater, one of the 5 seaters with occassional 6th and 7th seat or a full blown 7 seater?

Conventional wisdom points to a Ford S-Max.

It will not be doing a lot of miles as we have a small car that I can use it for work... so it will be used by wife during the week to get the kids to school and during the weekends
5 seaters with occassional 6th and 7th would be ok
How much do I want to spend?? not too much If I am going to finance options I would prefer a new model perhapse with low deposit

Well TBH how you finance it would be your own business. Some makers are doing special finance offers at the moment. I think 50/50 is what Opel are doing so check out a Zafira maybe, otherwise as suggested above an S-Max or a Galaxy.
