Anyone know when (or if) this visa will available? http://www.rte.ie/news/2008/0919/usvisa.html There was a lot of talk about it when it was announced but I can't seem to find anything on it.

Any ideas how to apply. Ive been looking through the websites for the Irish and US embassies and I cant find it.
