RTE News - camera regularly out of focus

Has anybody else noticed that at least once in every RTE News broadcast you will see an outdoor segment where reporter is clearly (excuse the pun) out of focus!? Maybe they have one camera man who really needs glasses!

Actually yeah... I noticed that tonight on the 9 o'clock news. cant remember what it was about but one of their reporters was clearly out of focus. Although I haven't noticed it before.
