Best of luck with your business. Do you have a business plan? Have you experience in the market or of using the technology involved.

What sites do you have where you can transmit ads?

I have been looking at the technology for a while and finally bought a few units . I have sold 3 so far , 2 to a large pub company and 1 to a shopping centre . The website is up and running - www.bluetoothadvertising.ie ( I hope it is OK to post the web address ) . I have been offering customers to advertising on the unit for 100.00 per month and will also include them in a web directory " www.bestdublindeals.ie ) . The unit is either going into a shopping centre in Tallaght or I have a friend who is a taxi driver and i can install it into has car

I blow hot and cold on the idea – I think it your can have a genuinely attractive offer – then fine. I was staying in Paris recently and to get to the centre of Paris I had to walk by a hotel with a casino who had a Bluetooth ad campaign running/. Found it particularly annoying after about the third day.

I do know of a company that was precluded from using the system! Due to the nature of their product - the legal advice that came back to them was that as they could not ‘know’ that the recipient was over 18 and therefore they could not use it (v conservative company) even on a permission based access.

I have some website related pointers if you are interested.

    - I installed the latest version of flash and still couldn't see your site in firefox
    - You have both the http:// and http://www. versions of the site available. Research 301 cronical issues
    - You don't have any meta data on the site which you need

Send me a private message if you want to know anything else as I know this is slightly off topic.

OK . On your first view . With the unit I have bought when you start a campaign the person will only be asked once if they want the receive the add .

On the second view . It depends what item they were selling . If the customers had to be over 18 they could locate it in a location where you know that the people were of that age ( eg . Pubs , Clubs , Students )
