    Hi

While an entrepreneur may be strong in one field for example- excellent at innovation and prototyping- s/he may be lacking in distribution and logistic abilities. A forum that allows people of different skillsets to find each other and invest as working partners in the idea would be a significant benefit.

Thats actually what I meant. I have a website idea which could be the next EBay, but i would need somebody to finance and develop. In the last six month i tried to get it going but I got stuck. Finally I teamed up with a developer, but we weren't able to get funding yet. We are both working in different jobs and are not able to give the project the time it needs, basically full-time.
Thats why the "skill-sets" idea would be huge. Oliver

Apart from an idea and finance, i think entreprenerurs also need...

    a conducive economic environment
    less official red tape
networking opportunties without having to pay large organisation membership type fees
education in the skill set areas they don't already have (e.g. bookeeping, marketing or whatever)

I'm an entrepreneur, I want breakfast when I get up, drink when I''m thirsty, pills when I got a headache. I also want world peace, unlimited riches, the worship of my family and friends, and limitless appeal to the opposite sex.

Tomorrow I may want something different....

Confucius says ( actually he never said this but he should have)
" Man who want clever answer should not ask simple question"

Confucius also say 'smart a*rse relpy to simple question will get just deserts when he need to ask own question'.

Surely the 'clue's in the question, i.e. the meaning of the words entrepreneur, finance etc... narrow down the range of possible queries in the OP mind.
