    Hey guys,
Im most certainly sufferingt from premature ejaculation, I rarely (unless drunk) can go above the 5 minute mark. I have absolutly no control over when i ejaculate and this is begining to become a problem in our relationship!

Should i go visit my GP or would such a visit be pointless?

You say that you can last long when you're drunk? How much longer? Are we talking 5 and a half minutes or substantially longer? Is this the same partner? How do they feel?

If it's a case of you lasting much longer when drunk, then I would suspect that the issue is psychological. Try to relax and enjoy your sex, don't over think it. (Easier said then done, I know.)

If there's only a small differences, then they are exercises that you and your partner can do to prolong the experience and delay cumming. Try googling "exercises to delay cumming"

quite the contrary, alcohol has a numbing effect, so the sensation is lessened. in fact, all our senses are dulled, which is why many of us will last longer when inebriated, or not be able to get it up at all ;)

my advice, try positions where there's less "friction", if you're not using a condom you might try using one, if you are then try the performa one's, the idea is that they are thicker and lessen sensation.

bottom line, it's really just finding what works for you, not really something a GP can help you with.

Iv gone 40-50mins before while i was (very) drunk however obviously im not gonna take a swig of some vodka 20mins before sex everytime...
We rarely use condoms, when i do use condoms i usually last longer but not that much longer!
I heard using lube can help as it reduces the friction, Anyone know if thats true?

yes lube will also help a bit i suppose. there are no hard and fast rules though, it's all down to the individual.
