Not a huge fan but I would have to say it's the best I've seen. The spectacle and pressure adds so much to it.

Most people will vote for this one just because it's been on. Best superbowl it could easily be, best game ever I dont think so .The Pats @ the colts in the AFC championship game when Colts won it was the best game I've ever seen.

I'd have to agree and I've been watching since the Bears won in 1985 against the pats....which is why I'm a Bears fan.

I actually do think this is the best game Ive ever seen. Its not a knee-jerk reaction, this game had everything.

The last 2 Superbowls have been 2 of the best of all time without a doubt, incredible. Huge plays, drama, wow just wow.

It had a great ending, but up until that it wasnt particularly special.

100 yard interception return was pretty special.

Agreed, it was a fantastic 4th quarter, moreso than game. For me, last years SB was better, but this was still excellent.

I preferred last years aswell, but I'll admit my biased hatred of the Pats/Randy Moss probaly skew my view a bit. Watching them lose is always great, but in a superbowl game when they've gone unbeaten for the whole season - Epic.

Reflecting on it now, there really were some tremendous moments in that game, and the fourth quarter was unbelieveable. But I feel that the penalties, and the influence the officials had over the game, took away from it somewhat.

It was a fine game to be sure. But the Steelers hardly showed up in the second half. Fair play to the Cardinals who managed to bridge such a huge gap

Incredible ending and blistering start. Thought it was petering out in the 3rd quarter but it was a great game. Not, the best game ever (last year!), but a damn fine one.

    It was an okay/average/poor game.
the 4th quarter of that game was amazing looking back on it, but that wasnt the best game ive ever seen, for me, it could arguably be the giants and the patriots in superbowl 42, that play were eli manning was being pulled the hell out of then managed to stay on his feet and throw an amazing pass was also probably the best play ive ever seen, although in saying that, the steelers interception that ran for 100 yards touchdown right at half-time could also be arguably the best play ive ever seen,

it was a great game, just not the best ive ever seen

I want the guy from NFL films to wade in here and start talking about the 1922 championship game or something.

Everyone's favourite game is one of the two games that everyone has watched, what a surprise.

Overall it was an average, the excitement existed because of what was on the line.
I voted average even though I thoroughly enjoyed the game last night, but most superbowl games are a lot poorer in standard that what we are used to watching week in week out. In fairness it would rank fairly high as a superbowl.

V good game with an epic finish. I had to sit and watch it my ignorant non-football fan buddies who generally try to take the piss out of the game and try and tell me soccer is better!!!!!!!!! This game shut them up and i think they really enjoyed the excitment and the talent involved.

Although their memory will be short lived as in a few weeks i'll probably end up sitting and watching a thrilling 0-0 game between Portsmouth and West Brom where grown men fall over every 5 seconds in agony and they'll tell me its a game of non-stop action:rolleyes:.

Anyway...For me I think the best football game i've seen is the Colts-Pats in 07 even tho my team lost it was a v exciting game. The best game this year was the Pats-Jets (why am i picking games where the Pats lose as my favourites!!?!?!?!)

Good Game...but people still have it fresh in the memory....
NFC championship game was probably better...pure excitement the whole way through and not ruined by bad calls.....

bad calls?? i think the refs actually done well!

cardinals offensive coach caught the fear! he should have piled drived them in the start of the game not tease them out into false sense... he bottled it and only when they had to make plays did they come out!

not a great game by any means but classic 4th quarter!

Last years game was better IMHO. Maybe if Kurt had have got off that last throw & Fitzy had caught it for a touchdown with 0 seconds left, well thats how I dreamt it !

Hold on didn't they drive right down to the endzone, then throw an interception (possibly due to aggression) on their first drive?

    Real life =/= Madden.

They bottled what? I agree with karluss this isnt Madden on the Xbox or PS3 dude. I have no idea what you are getting at? OC caught fear what? Drived them not tease them??? Seriously dude their gameplan was stopped straight off the bat by a stong Pitt D nothing to do with bad play calling. HT gave them time to re-asses. In fact if it had not been for the INT and Warner had of put it in the Endzone the Cards probably would have won the game. Even with all those penalties in the 2nd half.

It was a serious game but I preffered last year but I am a Giants fan!

Does anyone remember the 2002 playoffs when the Giants were playing the Niners?

The Giants were up 38 - 14 with 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter and lost!! They had a chance to win it at the very end with a field goal but they botched the snap and ended up throwing a pass down field to guard Rich Seubert (who had checked in as an eligible receiver) but he got taken to the ground before the ball got there. They didnt call interference and the game ended. The next day the NFL admitted there was interference on the play and the Giants should have had another chance to kick the field goal. A game that still haunts me!!!

Another one was the monday night game last season between the Patriots nd Ravens. That was unbelievable as well.
