Fury warrior specs.

Has anyone got a good fury warrior spec? I need to maximise my DPS output.
At the moment I have the following stats:

3271 attack power

394 hit rating

30.20% crit

38/38 expertise rating...

Gilenrai is the name. I am on the server executus if you want to check me out on armory. I have only spent 8 points in the fury tree. Not sure what exactly to do. I had a pretty standard spec, but want to get the best out of it. Thanks in advance

Just out of curiosity... Between your chest and hands, you have 3 red gem slots with +16 ArPen. Why not replace these with +16str?

edit -> Also, your legs have a yellow gem in a blue slot. You could replace it with a purple sovereign sta/str and although you would lose some crit, you would gain the +6str socket bonus. Maybe try changing the shoulder gem to an orange str/crit gem too? Afaik, str > crit for PvE
