    Is there any addons for windows vista out there that will let me make any window be always on top ?

    It's possible on ANY version of Windows but a bad idea. A typical scenario is a dialog box that MUST be answered appearing UNDER the window.

    Unless the application is designed to be "Always on top" it's a bad idea. Even then it can have untoward effects as anyone that has left Taskmanager open can tell you. When writing an application, it's trivial to make a Window be always on top. Making the application work properly when it spawns other dialogs is not trivial.

    If you want to stop people seeing other windows look at Kiosk mode
