Ryanair Online Check-in

I am flying to the UK next week with my two kids. Just noticed that I need passports to do the a online checkin. Per Ryanairs T&C's, I do not need photo ID for the kids travelling between Ireland and the UK, so I did not get a new passport for one of the kids, the other guy is on my passport.

Can I do an online checkin or do I need to checkin at the airport ?

    No

You must specify the ID online and of course there is none .

I was in a somewhat similar situation travelling with just 1 child who was on my passport and I checked in online using my passport number for my entry and his entry.

This didn't cause anyprobs in Shannon or London.

(not really relevant to the OP but may be useful)
