Watching sex and sensibilty, which is a pretty ok program, and then every so often they pop up with terrible attempts at being funny, they commented one segment on gay byrne who interviewed lesbian nuns, there reply was basicly hurhur lesbian nuns, who could have thought that would happen. They look so terrible too, its like a father and son combo, the son being a dense plank with a gormless expression and a flytrap mouth.

I hate the fact my taxes pay part of there wages, and the fact it being rte that I`ll have to watch and listen to them for years.

The show itself, or just the format...? Remember how popular the Lyrics Board was (still is?) when the format got sold all around the world...

They're not just two of the worst presenters ever they're also two of the worst human beings ever (and I count myself in that assessment).

The pair of them are so fat & stupid looking that a career presenting TV3 news is theirs for the taking if they should ever want it.

After having to endure their painful radio show every morning in work this summer, I'd do anything in my power to avoid ever having to watch them on tv!

    Will it indeed?
Or did Amnesty International buy it to stop it ever being aired again?

So who's your favourite of the two of them..Steptoe or Bungle?

I think they lost all cred when they moved from FM104 to 2 FM and found out they couldnt spend the mornings sneering at people who arent from dublin.
In fairness, i got many the lol out of them on FM104, but there was something inherently dublin about them that didnt translate to 2fm.

according to the Tribune yesterday the format has been bought by Fremantle Media (X Factor, American Idol) who have bought distribution rights. It seems one UK broadcaster is considering taking the presenters with the format. UK agents, say the Tribune, are now making offers to the two presenters. Based on what I've seen on here about this show previously I think I'll duck for cover and let the shouting start ...

Boss: Look, our ratings are down, and the station is being swamped
    with angry calls and letter-bombs.
    [A few letter-bombs explode in a pile]
    And it's all your fault!
    Bill: Yes it is, ma'am.
Boss: This is the DJ 3000. It plays CDs automatically, and it has
three distinct varieties of inane chatter.
    [presses a button]
DJ 3000: [stilted] Hey, hey. How about that weather out there?
Woah! _That_ was the caller from hell.
Well, hot dog! We have a weiner.
    Bill: Man, that thing's great!
    Marty: _Don't_ praise the machine!
Boss: If you don't get that kid an elephant by tomorrow, the DJ 3000
    gets your job.
    [Marty punches it]
DJ 3000: Those clowns in congress did it again. What a bunch of clowns.
Bill: [laughs] How does it keep up with the news like that?

    Pretty much it really...

The justification RTE was desperately searching for.

Au contraire ! Merde on Radio..Merde Grande on TV.

Two complete clowns and spoofers..but I suppose you have to admire two such talentless numpties for landing two prime time slots.

What grinds my gears on the Radio show is the frantic way they try to fill in EVERY second...I mean EVERY SINGLE SECOND....mainly with inanaties.

Who HIRES these cretins ??? Other Cretins I suppose....sure RTE is full of them...

Those 2 are the most obnoxious pair ever to appera on radio or tv. I have doubts about their HOME RUN TV show really being sold, they probably ingratiated themselves with that newspaper reporter just the way they now give the impression they are bosum pals of U2 AND Bono. I admit I listen in the morning, switching between RTE1 ,RTE 2 and Newstalk .How many times have i heard that stupid radio clip when Bono ( or was it really him?) sings one of their awful jingles. Also around 8.30 one morning they had a kind of game or phone in featuring 2 kids, are they the offspring of one of them?
In the morming I sometimes have my 8 and 10 year olds in the car and some of C +JJ utterences are way off colour for that time of the morning. there is something very unsavoury abou the older lad and the dead pan expressionless face of the younger one gives me the creeps.
    When is their contract up?
They are so bad they even make the worst buffoons on RTE seem good
