    hi i have sent my samsung tocco away to get fixed for the second ,

    the screen keeps freezing....:mad:

    if it has to be sent away again can i ask for a new one or change to a new phone and pay the difference :confused:

    its on the meteor network but i bought it from the carphone wearhouse...
