Help finding violin book

    Anyone know where I can get the following book:


    Composer: Denes-Reger-Nemeth

    Instrument: Violin Methods - Studies

    Title: Violin ABC


    I've tried the usual outlets, Opus2, McCullaghs, Amazon, but no joy.

    Looking for another book that is definitely not for sale anywhere on the planet, so if anyone has this and no longer uses it please please sell it to me :)
