Embargo /Recruitment freeze ??

    Any one have a definite answer ? Applied for a post last september, did interview came third on panel still waiting on post to come through. Ring every two weeks get mainly the same answer still waiting on Hse to approve posts.

    I don't think there is a freeze. officially. Are you dealing with a hospital/place of employment itself or are you dealing with manorhamilton? There is currently a delay on my permanency coming through because the position I am in has not been approved. Or if you are 3rd on the panel maybe the 1st & 2nd positions still have not been filled.

    Dealing with a hospital psyc nursing postition.I know the person that came second and they have had no offer either. I have a feeling it could be a long wait..

    Lot of physios in the place I work are being made redun....I mean their contracts aren't being renewed.
