What mustard goes well in a hard boiled egg sambo?

I bought some Tesco finest dijon mustard to try in an egg sambo and although the flavour was pretty good it also gave a bad sting to the palate.So I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a good quality mustard to go with eggs preferably one that doesn't have any added sugar or sweeteners and doesn't sting! :) Thanks cozmik

I use some of that "French" mustard in the squize bottles... quite nice on fried eggs with some pepper...

Not too sweet :P
