A neighbour of mine has a '07 Ford Fiesta and today he found that a screw had punctured his tyre. When he went to take it off he couldn't get the alloy off. It wouldn't budge. I'm just wondering is there something that you need to do to get it off. It is the back right wheel. Any help appreciated!

The wheel is just stuck. The link above give lots of suggestions to remedy this. In my case I didn't have any tools to use so I just kept kicking the wheel until it came off.

Get the spare wheel and keep bumping it into the tyre on the car at various positions until it starts to move
