All google searches giving malware warnings...

Every search I do on google, the hits have the "This site may harm your computer." warning under EVERY search result.

Is there a problem with google, or have I been hit with something myself? Doesn't matter what I search for, the result is the same.

I've been hijacked before in that google searches were redirected to some websearch rubbish, but that was months ago, and I've had a couple of fresh re-installs since then. It looks like something legit that google is feeding back to me.

I just went onto google.fr and searched for "chien", and there are no warnings.

Then I searched for "dog" on google.fr, and I'm getting "Ce site risque d'endommager votre ordinateur." under each search result. I don't think you need to be a linguist to figure out what that means!

    Strange behaviour indeed!

    From Wikipedia:
On January 30 & 31, 2009 all search results were classified as 'malware' and could therefore not be clicked. The message 'This site may harm your computer.' was shown instead. This error lasted approximately 40 minutes According to Marissa Mayer at the official Google blog, the glitch was caused by human error. Apparently, an employee flagged a slash symbol as a malware site, therefore rendering all sites as potentially dangerous.Ironically the error as well as related websites such as Stopbadware.org occupied top spot on Google trends as millions of people googled this particular glitch.
