Sky reinstallation question...

We got rid of sky a couple of years ago. When it was being installed the guy had to put in a "bracket" which cost around £75 at the time. I was peeved, but thats how it goes.

Im moved out and my sister has ordered Sky plus. In her name - the original time it was in my name. Now the dish was taken down and the bracket is still at the back of the house. But a conservatory has been built at the back of the house and access to the bracket may be limited if the dude wants to use it again.

What is the deal with putting a dish on the front of the house - its south facing. Can she say the bracket is in place use this even though access is kind of restricted?

    Any help appreciated..
    Gary
