looking to get my hands on one of these to replace the bulb in a fitting over a bathroom mirror. Its proving extremely difficult to track one down.

The one i need is a T5 model if that means anything to anyone and is a bi-pin one. it needs to be 340mm long and 12mm wide (length not including pins)

manufacturer of existing and broken one is eterna.

This seems to be what im after here

but was hoping to pick one up from a shop in drogheda or rathfarnham area's over the weekend.

So far tried home base and wesco's but no luck.

From the stickey on the front page of the electrical Forum, most electrical wholesalers should be able to order them in if they dont have them

stick your county into this page, give them a shout first save you a drive, also Northdublin (a poster here) might help out too.

most of those t5 lamp sizes are specific to the manufacturer. you might find it difficult to get unless you can find out the manufacturer. it can only be a matter of milimeters sometimes. we get about 5 ppl a day into us looking for those bulbs and with out a sample or a manufacturer its near impossible. we had so much trouble with them in the past we now only stock the same ones we sell the fittings for.
