    This netbook seems to be the same as the Samsung NC-10 from the posts on this thread http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055443302 - when the targa was on offer in Lidl before christmas. From a quick look round the net there seems to be one or two bits that may not work - mainly sound and wireless.

    Wireless may or may not work using Ndiswrapper - a utility that lets you use windows drivers to get your wireless working on linux.

    Just so I have an idea, have you used linux before/how familiar are you with it?

    As for anything else the Lidl page doesn't give the exact spec.

    Not really, I'm actually an Os x guy, just want something cheap for mobile use. I may just wait a month a pick up a laptop instead.
