Rented accommodation in North, can I claim tax relief?

    Was working up until Sept 08, moved to Derry for college. Paid my rent in August. Can I claim any tax back on it?

    As the house you are claiming the relief on is in the north you would not qualify for Rent relief with Revenue. Maybe try Inland Revenue and see what your options are. :rolleyes:
