    Whats up with that.....:o.

Every time i turn on an Irish channel theres some presenter/interviewee rambling away with this annoying pseudo american accent...clearly picked up by watching The Hills / Sex in the city / etc etc..or maybe they went to NYC for a weekend ...oh did i mention they're always women...
    It drives me mad ....
It was refreshing to see on the TV3 morning programme a very attractive Irish girl doing make up and she had the most wonderful Dublin voice....not the D4 either...totally natural , which made her even more attracive....

Rachel Allen. Strictly speaking not American. More like she's had a stroke. Just awful.

Uncle Gaybo has, occasionally, put on an American twang for years to hilarious effect.
