Puncture Repair - South County Dublin?

After much heaving using my car's included wheel brace - I bought a telescopic one and those originally reluctant nuts unscrewed in a flash!
With the tyre off I found a big screw buried in the tyre (where it meets the tarmac).

So after all that superfluous information! -Does anyone know somewhere on the southside I can bring the tyre and have the puncture repaired cheaply? I have no idea how much to expect to pay.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Assuming the tyre is repairable it'll cost €15 max. There are loads of tyre places on the southside, have a look in the Golden Pages for the one nearest you.
