looked at crime line the other night and alot of robberys seemed to be well organised.
if the recession get worse will your average joe get sick of driving up the north for cheap food for his family .and just start being a criminal .
i dont know if thiis topic is in the right place ..

anyway if the recession does get worse will there be more crime from your average joe or josephine
and will this mean more AGS .

IMO thefts, burglaries and robberies will rise. Many of the people who were involved in these types of activities got jobs during the boom years, got mortgages, cars etc and are either out of a job or will lose their job and then go back to what they used to do.

As for more Gardai, no there will not be more guards taken on except maybe to replace members who retire. Even that might be axed too. It all depends how bad things go regarding the recession. I think we can all agree things are going to get pretty rough.

Agree there just not for the same reason as Nog. They will increase because Joe public will start counting his change more which means instead of 1000 for that nice TV in wherever shop they will swallow their morals and pay Mr Scumbag 200 for their neighbours freshly stolen TV.
