    can anyone tell me were un dublin i can buy Sunflower seeds in there shells like u can get in Spain all i see here is them out of there shell

    any clues :eek:

    I saw some in Tesco yesterday and I have seen them in Asian shops aswell. Why do you want to eat the shell?

    Yeh, I saw these in Tesco too, but also in Superquinn. I had a long term 'Food Analysis' project to do on them last year and needed a good stock of them to work with! I'll email you my report if you want.
