some pretty strange noises coming from tweeters

    Hi,
    I hope you all don't mind me posting here. If not then mods move at your discretion. (its kind of car related)

    Anyway. I'm having some problems with the tweeters in my car but more specifically the one on the drivers side. It appears in some songs to have a flickering noise as i can best describe it (think a can of coke on a bicycle wheel). anyway the problem is isolated to that one tweeter and not the rest. the speaker is also connected via a filter to a woofer either side.

    The thing that has me worried is during the install if i damaged the tweeter :( Anyway I appreciate all replies

    when I say some songs, I mean a majority over several sources through the head unit. (AUX, CD, MP3 CD, Tuner). Never had this problem with my pioneer dual cone speakers nor do I to this day! (they went into the back)
