As per the title I am trying to organise a hen party for 25-30 girls in Cork to be held the first weekend of september 2009... Looking for advice on accommodation, bars, restaurants etc.

Hen does not want a stripper but would love to organise something like still life drawing as she is into art. cooking activities would also be great...

All advice appreciated as I don't even know where to start and have contacted some companies but no luck so far getting affordable decent package!!

Thanks for that but she really wants something in Cork city (for personal reasons) and a spa was suggested but the valid point was made that people don't really interact during it...

Is there anywhere in the city you can recommend?

there is alovely resturant called castellis too and you could probably book out the resturant as it's tiny. Another thing i'd suggest is maybe a spot of shopping in the city and there are some lovely spots for lunch.there is a shop called brennans and they do cookery classes maybe they'd organise something for you?
