TV switching to Av??

Hi all, I have a fta reciever set up on a 14 in tv and when I dont have the power on reciever (on stand-by) turned the tv switches from channel to AV every minute and back on its own.Is this a problem with the scart, or the reciever?:confused:

probably the scart.
you need to set up scart control in the tv menu.

Is it a Sony TV? My sister has a similar problem. It works okay if she turns one them on first - can't remember if its the TV or the receiver though.
