I am getting married next year and since the two of us has brought our own houses individually with both having mortgages on each property. ( ie only one name on the mortgage and deeds? . my question is once we get married if one of us losted a job and we couldnt keep paying the mortgage on the two house. because we would be married has the mortgage lender from the first house have a right to take a claim on the second house just because we would be married???

This is something that you should discuss with your solicitor, but just because you are married doesn't make you legally responsible for your partners debts. Morality and solidarity are another matter.
