Novel use of phone booths...

Ok I read recently that Eircom are set to remove over 50% of their phone booths because they are underutilised and are attracting vandals...

Struck me the other night walking through city that 'wow, there's someone using the phone box'... turns out they weren't calling anyone - they were having their wicked way with each other!!! I laughed...kinda shocking and antisocial but still funny...maybe phone boxes are used more frequently than Eircom think!!!

Anyone else seen interesting use of phone booths?

Yes but I'd be banned immediately if I posted the pic here.

I once knew these 2 guys that used a phone booth to go back in time and round up a load of historical figures so they could pass a history report, and not have to go to Military school.

Then there was that other guy who used one to try and improve someone's life by aiming a sniper rifle at him and making him tell the truth about the bad things he'd done.

    Useful things, phone booths.

    That scene from True Romance.
They should be handy shag stops.

He SHOULD have been shot for his appalling acting

Sometimes I like to call random phone booths in order to send anybody passing by on a dangerous mission.

Only if they put in curtains first. I'd hate to see someones spotty ar5e squished up against the window as I walk past. Naturally they would have to be shower curtains so that the lucky couple can clean up after. So there we are, curtains and a shower...ohhhh and a box or something to put your clothes and shoes in, just to keep them dry while the shower is running, kinda like a small wardrobe thing. And while we are making a wishlist wouldn't one of those harness swing chairs be great too?
Now if only there was some way to call out for a pizza.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

Ahhh no, sure you'd never fit an upstairs into a phonebox. :)
