    Hey,
I'm looking to get a tv for between €500 and €750, it will be for tv and dvd only, no gaming, I'd like some recommendations as to what would be the best I can get in this price range, I'm hoping for 32" +, HD ready, Freeview capability would be good, I don't need the sharpest sound and picture in the world, just decent and that won't be obselete in the next few weeks.
    Cheers.

    Take a look at the Pioneer KRL32V @ £679.95.

It's at the high end of your budget, but a good set.

If you're interested, send an e-mail to johnmc@richersounds.ie and he'll look after you.

Thanks Guys - anyone fancy my job - you Boardies do it better than me!

The Pioneer 32 is the serious one at £699 - and just compare our pricing with the pricing in the South - we are about 1/2 price!!:D

The 37 LG6000 is unfortunately a finished line, unfortunately as it was a really beautiful set - I have one of them left only which is an open box unit, swapped for a Customer - which I can do at £479.95 - it is totally as new!

BTW both of these TV's have Freeview but it is UK freeview (DVB-T) and not DVB-H however it will work perfectly fine in the ROI at the mooment but yuo will need a Set top box as an extra if you want to add Irish Freeview in the future when it formally launches.

Thnaks again and drop me a line to johnmc@richersounds.ie if I can assist in any way,

    ATB,

    Got a KRL-32V and WOW!
If you have not already bought a tv take a chance on this and you will not be dissapointed at all!

When set up with my PS3 it gives the best picture I have ever seen on blu-ray!!!

You need to give it a bit longer than usual out of the box to reach its brilliant-best but it is very much it !!!!(around 10 hours viewing time)
