Phlebotomy Jobs

Hello and greetings from Canada. I am a Phlebotomist, specializing in Pediatrics. I had a job offer, but unfortunately the company no longer exists. Now I am searching for another job, but it seems there are a lot of recruitment agencies as opposed to applying directly to a hospital. Am I correct with this assumption? would I have a better chance if I came to say Dublin and apply in person? But where? I have a Dutch passport, so am able to work in Ireland. Are there any fellow Phlebotomists out there? I am currently employed at the Stollery Childrens Hospital, in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Thank you in advance, it is much appreciated. I read this forum a lot when I thought I was definitely moving! Sincere thanks.
