I am trying to produce a chart which shows the movement between expectation and actual due to 2 factors.

    Expectation 100, Actual 50

    Column1/Expectation = 100
Column 2/Factor 1 - contributed +20 variance, what column to start at 100 and go north by further 20 to 120 on scale
Column 3/factor 2 - contributed a variance of -70, what column to start at +120 and go south by 70 to 50
    Colum4/Actual - start at 0 and north by 50

Does anyone have a clue what I'm on about  and if so where do you find chart type in Powerpoint?
