NTL/UPC Channels Missing

Hi just turn on the digital tonite (have the pace small box) and so far BBC 1 & 2 & sky one are missing. We signed up with Digital Select last summer and have always had the channels, before I call UPC any suggestions whats happening??

Hit the yellow buttom hard and long, it'll reboot and all should be fine again.

thats does nothing, all it does is go to the previous channel viewed, we have the ntl box the upc box. Ntl came in october and replaced the mediabox as it was acting up. the engineer said there was a fault and gave us the old style box.

Okay, unplug and wait 10 seconds (then plug back in). NTL did have a few general faults a while back which saw channels go missing - they fixed it by sending a "data boost" down the line.
