Use Sky+ multiroom box elsewhere

Could I get Sky+ multiroom installed at my house, and then use this box permanently at my folks house. The folks already have a Satellite dish pointing in the Astra direction, but with the Lidl freesat decoder. As I spend a lot of time there, I would like to have the option of Sky+, but without too much extra expense (as I will be forking out for it). I was thinking I could pay the extra multiroom fee for my house, but install the box at my folks.

PS apologies to those who are offended by my quest to pull a fast one on Sky.

They already thought of this, with Multi-room, all boxes must be connect to the SAME phone line.

    Thanks Gerard,

I don't have a phone line in my Apartment. It wasn't an issue when I had Sky installed. Are you saying that, for multiroom, a working landline is required?

It's against the law, AFAIK, as you've signed a contract with Sky, so I don't think this site is allowed give you any help at all.

    Hi humanji,

I respect that. I was just wondering if it was possible. I'm not sure about the legalities of it all.

Not actually "against the law", but certainly against Sky's "Terms & conditions".

Well you'd be breaking the terms of your contract which I'd of thought as legally binding, but my legal knowledge comes from watching Matlock, so unless the OP murders someone, I can't help too much.
