    Hi All
I have been hiding in the background for a while.
Finally made the plunge and bought the BeONe Storm 1.0 recently from CRC after looking at most of the advice on here.
Still getting used to the cleats etc. few hairy moments but have so far managed to stay on.

    Anyway

I had been commuting for the last number of years on and off with a hybrid which I was able to look after Basic Maintenance myself.

Now that I have made the investment of the road bike I was wondering if there are any places in Dublin (preferably South co.) that has a night course on Bicycle maintenance.

I have done a few searches and found nothing. i Know there is some instructional stuff on youtube. but would rather know when i need to do stuff rather than after it breaks.

apologies for the long winded post appreciate any info that you may have.
    cheers

IMO your probably best off with a few good modern books, the internet and a mate who knows what he's at befriending your LBS staff is always an idea. That's were I got most of the things I know. mind you there are a few things I hate doing, trueing wheels comes to mind.

I really wanted to learn a bunch a while back so I got a beat up old road bike, systematically dismantled it over a weekend then spent months reassembling it slowly and carefully with new parts.... I actually only needed help with derailleurs in the end.....
