IPOD touch video out to TV

    Hi,
    Trying to get video/audio signal to my TV from an IPOD touch that came from the states. Bought an AV composite cable (picture attached), and set the video out signal to PAL. I connect up to the 3 RCA connections on TV and start video on IPOD - I get a brief flicker of audio, but no video, it continues playing on screen of IPOD. Any ideas what's going wrong? Thought this would be the correct cable?
