I'm using a 10" at 1024x600. Would you not just use it at the native res?

The default resolution was 1280X768 and it was very small.

im pretty sure 1024*600 is the standard these days for 8.9" -> 10.2" laptops.

mmm, I have the same problem, The native res is too small, but the resolution I'm using which is the only other widescreen available is not very clear.

That resolution doesnt appear to be available. I'm using 1024X768 which seems to be the best of a bad lot

Anyone having a problem with video resolution on windows media player? I have a Mini 10 and when I play Divx movies the picture is slightly pixelated.
I mainly bought this because it had a HDMI output and I thought I could use it for watching AVI's on my TV among other things.
Quality on Divx Player is slightly better but playback is a bit choppy.

Maybe the screen is simply too small for your comfortable use, regardless of resolution?

I have a 12.1 inch screen and it's the minimum size I'm happy with for any extended use.

The native screen resolution on both models of the 2133 is 1280 x 768 (WXGA), which is unusual for a Netbook that size. I wouldn't be keen on it myself, though the case build of those models is very nice and sturdy.

    try larger fonts,
using a lower resolution may make the display fuzzier though :(
