    Hi everyone,

Just wondering if someone or anyone can help. I am hopefully going to be a first time buyer and I have heard of a scheme that builders are offering.

from what I'm led to beleive it has got something to do with the deposit.

If anyone can shed any light on this for me or point me in any direction.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Gary

basically you rent for the house for 3 years and if you decide to buy it you get all the rent you payed back from the builder as a deposit for the house.

Does anybody know what builders do this or is it location specific?

    Thanks
