rehearsal room with Live recording

Hi All I am not sure if this is the correct forum. However my band have been renting a rehearsal room but would pay that bit extra if the rehearsal room supplied some way of recording our sessions onto hard disk. Any ideas or recommendations? If you wish you can pm me the details. Cheers Damo
