Getting a key cut in Leixlip/Lucan/Dublin area

    Yo all,
    Have a 02 Honda Civic Saloon, and was wondering where would the best place to get a key cut? Only got the one with the car, but want a copy or two, incase this one breaks.

    Also, does anyone know how much it'd cost to get the KM/miles thing swapped around, as at the mo, KM is in small, miles big, which ain't great. Would prefer the KM to be in big writing. Will go the DIY route with marker if all else fails, as I don't want points.
