    Hi Folks,

I recently tried to stitch a few video clips together using iMovie (first time Ive used it since I got a Mac). When I tried to import the video clips it told me it didnt have enough space which Im not surprised coz of the small internal HDD size. I was wondering if it is possible to set iMovie to use somewhere else for scratch space or cache etc. I looked in the prefferences but nothing popped out and so far google has failed me :-( Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Dave

When you start a new iMovie project, you get to choose where to store the project. iMovie will store all files belonging to your movie at that location, including captured clips.
