Inspection done on car before warranty ends?

hi all,

I have an 06 xtrail diesel coming to the end of its 3 year warranty and was thinking about getting an inspection done, so if faults were found they can be repaired under warranty, i've heard that common faults with this model are turbo failure and faulty injectors to name a few,

has anybody had this done and was it with an independent inspector or a main dealer?

any help much appreciated

If an injector or turbo is faulty, you would (should) notice it - it wouldn't be running right.

Why go looking for faults just because they're common - they don't necessarily effect every vehicle/

i was just using them as an example as they seem to be quite common problems, should have made that clearer, sry,

the purpose for the inspection was to check the entire vehicle for any sign of damage or faults/ tell tail signs of part failures that could be fixed under warranty
