    I need proper IEM's again.

I left my Shure E3g's in college and some Baxter didn't hand them in.

I've been using the originals that came with my iPhone cause they have the microphone so I don't have to take the phone out of my pocket and I'm gong insane. Cymbals sound like my nephew hitting a stick against a coke can and the bass sounds like well I won't say there may be kids reading :)

I was looking at the Ultimate ears super fi 4 for iPhone but can't find sellers for Ireland also there may be better solutions out there but I want to have a microphone on them.

I'm willing to spend €100 for the IEM's

Check head-fi.org for reviews and amp3.co.uk for pricing.

I cant help much more as you're restricting yourself to Apple/iphone
    earphones.

If it was me, I'd forget the phone side and get another set of Shure IEMs.

    :D

Maybe checkout the V-Moda Vibe Duo's. They should be well under €100 from ebay. They have a built in mic with answer call button. The only thing is the cable is a fabric cable. This means less tangling but I've yet to read how they hold up in our wet climate.

I haven't used the Duo's myself but I do have the original Vibes and think they are pretty good In-Ear headphones. I can't say how they compare to your old Shures though as I haven't tried any.

You can also check out this page here with some reviews of different headphones for the iPhone.
